Kim + Quade | Cheyenne, WY

This is the wedding video of Kim and Quade, which was captured in Cheyenne, WY. As a team of passionate wedding videographers, we love being able to travel, film, and celebrate with wedding couples all over the world. Kim and Quade are an amazing couple, and here is a little bit more about them and their story:

When it came to love, Kimberly and Quade were not horsing around. They first met each other at Cheyenne Frontier Days when they were both exercising their bay horses in the arena. They exchanged a few words and went on their way.

Those brief words led to eight years of dating, where they watched and encouraged each other in their rodeo sports and education.

In 2014, Kimberly and Quade found themselves at another rodeo at Cheyenne Frontier Days, close to the area where they first met. Quade asked Kimberly to watch to see if his horse looked hurt. They pulled their horses up to the fence on the back track of the arena and Quade picked up his horse’s back foot to check it. He then asked Kimberly to come look to see if she could find anything wrong in his hoof and there she found Quade on one knee. Kimberly found herself in shock because she was so taken back after thinking she was just checking on the horse…turns out the horse was just fine!  After Quade asked Kimberly and opened the box the diamond was shining so bright, Kimberly couldn’t even see the ring. As the newly engaged couple got back on their horses, Quade said, “by the way I asked for your dad’s blessing and he knows.”

Kimberly and Quade tied the knot in Wyoming’s Little America, in front of family and friends. While the excitement and celebration of the day did not go unnoticed, it was the little moments that stood out most to the couple. It was the moment of Lane, Quade’s brother, bringing Kimberly her wedding day gift of a bee pendant from Tiffany and Co. as a symbol of Quade’s nickname for Kimberly – Kimbee. It was the moment of their first kiss as husband and wife. It was the moment of Kimberly and Quade saying “I do” on the same date that Kimberly’s parents and grandparents did years ago.

The newly married couple took their love to the beaches of St. Lucia where they enjoyed mud baths, endless spa treatments, ziplining, biking through the jungle, sailing, and snorkeling.

Kimberly and Quade are looking forward to creating their life together on their ranch, roping, and riding good horses. They also plan to do lots of traveling and mountain biking (inspired by their biking through the jungle).

Shannyn: How was working with Adam?

Kimberly: He did my friend and sorority sister, Lexi’s wedding. I love his personality, creativity and kindness. Adam has a heart of gold and he is full of love and compassion.  He is a true artist and he truly loves what he does. I am so grateful for him in our life and for taking interest in who we are as a couple. He will be a friend for life! So blessed we had him.
